FIRE by 2ne1

This is another upbeat Korean song that I always see at MYX channel. Sandara Park is one part of this group. She was called PAMBANSANG KRUNG-KRUNG when she joined a reality talent show in the Philippines a few years back and was adored by a lot of Filipinos. When she went back to her hometown, we (Filipinos) did not expect that she'll make it big in Korea. Good move, Sandara. And good dancing skills, too!

I am so pissed right now!

Before I became an RTA (Real Time Adherence) Scheduler, I was already informed by Carole (former RTA) that there's this one supervisor she calls RTA COACH who does not want to take sup calls mainly because he wants to make sure that the agents' line (staffing) for specific intervals (30 minutes) are right. Well, that is just his reason because the truth is HE IS AFRAID! So very afraid to handle callers with technical issues (came from a reliable source - from the QA's themselves!). Geez!!! He's been here in this company for ages and still cannot handle a simple call! QA's said that he's very nervous when taking calls. Ha! How can you perfect your craft if you don't even try???

Here's the story of why I am so fucking pissed with this guy:

I am supposed to take orders only from my two bosses, who are the managers of our queue. They said that if there is a problem with the staffing, I need to look for agents to render overtime. If there are no OTiers, I need to ask the supervisor's assistants (we call them CSS) to take calls. If they are not enough to fill up the line, I need to ask supervisors to take calls, and then last would be the trainers.

Look at the screen shots of my instant message conversation with this guy. It simply shows that he's again afraid to take calls. I was just asking him and other AM supervisors to sign in for 30 minutes. Just for fucking 30 minutes!!! All supervisors are in a Priority 4 (P4) level, which means that they'll gonna have lesser calls, which also means that he may not even receive a caller for that 30 min. time frame! He was trying to persuade me that they are not supposed to take calls and they need to do some interactions with their agents. They won't even be able to do that because I need all the agents to handle calls at that time! How come other supervisors can handle taking calls so well? Night shift supervisors usually take calls maximum of 3 hours a day. And yet I was just asking him to login for 30 min! Is that not fair?




























Look at how unpofessional this guy is! I just checked my email STATUS and he is deleting or ignoring my mails. These are important emails! With our bosses email addresses included! I am not even supposed to blog this issue but grrr!!! Damn it! He is asking for it! I don't care if this article will be read by someone from my company and if it will be passed on to other people but I don't care now. I just need to blurt this out or I will immediately show this to my bosses. I don't want that to happen but if he calls for it, then bring it on!
