jun B said...: We always dine at Rustica. I like their food. Try the crispy pata- i bet you'll like it too. I think the owners' passion for food is the reason for building this great resto. It's a welcome addition to Capas & Concepcion, Tarlac.
They made use of really antique materials meticulously selected that resulted to its current cozy and classy architecture.
