annual PE ko last friday. i received an email from our company clinic informing me about the prescriptions given by the Medicard Physician. gulat ako kasi may UTI ako and at the same time, i need to get a blood sample to check on my sugar level. sheeshhh... magkaka-diabetes pa yata ako. parusa hay.....
